Why is There a Gateway Fee to Deposit Funds?

Gateway Fees are fees incurred when funds are sent from an external gateway provider (i.e. PayPal, Moneybookers, etc.) to another account.  The fees charged to our members are exactly the same amount charged by the gateway provider.  LanceMonster.com does not make a profit from these gateway fees.
